Chef José Garcés nos dice como hacer una fiesta de piscina


The Wall Street Journal ran a story today on local chef and entrepreneur José Garcés, in which he says he likes to have his guests drop in early afternoon and lounge by the pool until dinner.  I would settle for a visit to Luna Farm.

How You Know Him
  • Opened his first restaurant in 2005.
  • His Garces Group owns and operates 15 restaurants in five U.S. cities, including Amada in Philadelphia and Mercat a la Planxa in Chicago.
  • Won the 2009 James Beard Foundation 'Best Chef, Mid-Atlantic' award and the 'Iron Chef' title in 2009.
  • Author of two cookbooks: 'Latin Evolution' in 2008 and 'The Latin Road Home' in 2012.
  • Owns Luna Farm in Bucks County, Pa., which grows produce for his East Coast restaurants.
