''Una separacion'', pelicula irani de 2011 de Asghar
Farshadi,  ha ganado el premio Cesar a la mejor pelicula extranjera en Paris, donde  "El Artista'' de Michel Hazanavicius, fue premiada como mejor pelicula.

Omar Syd fue galardonado como mejor actor, quitandole toda posibilidad al protagonista de "El Artista'', Jean Dujardin.
